भारत की सबसे कम उम्र की 'राष्ट्रीय बाल पुरस्कार' विजेता अक्षिता (पाखी), ब्लॉगर के रूप में पाई ख़्याति

21वीं सदी टेक्नॉलाजी की है। आज के बच्चे मोबाइल व लैपटॉप पर हाथ पहले से ही फिराने लगते हैं । टेक्नोलॉजी के बढ़ते इस्तेमाल के चलते बच्चे  कम उम्र में ही अनुभव और अभिरुचियों के विस्तृत संसार से परिचित हो जाते हैं। ऐसी ही  प्रतिभा है-भारत की सबसे कम उम्र की राष्ट्रीय बाल पुरस्कार विजेता नन्ही ब्लॉगर अक्षिता (पाखी)। उत्तर प्रदेश के आज़मगढ़ जनपद निवासी, कानपुर में जन्मी अक्षिता के पिता श्री कृष्ण कुमार यादव सम्प्रति भारत सरकार में पोस्टमास्टर जनरल  हैं व मम्मी श्रीमती आकांक्षा एक कॉलेज में प्रवक्ता रही हैं। दोनों ही जन ख़्यात साहित्यकार व ब्लॉगर भी हैं। अक्षिता की आरंभिक शिक्षा कानपुर, पोर्टब्लेयर, प्रयागराज, जोधपुर, लखनऊ, वाराणसी व अहमदाबाद में हुई। फ़िलहाल वह दिल्ली विश्विद्यालय में अध्ययनरत हैं। 

अक्षिता ने न सिर्फ हिंदी ब्लॉगिंग में नए कीर्तिमान स्थापित किया, बल्कि भारत सरकार ने भी उसकी उपलब्धियों के मद्देनजर वर्ष 2011 में बाल  दिवस पर उसे मात्र 4 साल 8 माह की आयु में आर्ट और ब्लॉगिंग के लिए 'राष्ट्रीय बाल पुरस्कार' से सम्मानित किया। विज्ञान भवन, नई दिल्ली में तत्कालीन महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्री, भारत सरकार श्रीमती कृष्णा तीरथ ने यह सम्मान प्रदान किया था। अक्षिता न सिर्फ  भारत की सबसे कम उम्र की 'राष्ट्रीय  बाल पुरस्कार विजेता' है बल्कि भारत सरकार ने पहली बार किसी प्रतिभा को ब्लॉगिंग विधा के लिए सम्मानित किया।

देश.दुनिया में आयोजित होने वाले तमाम अंतर्राष्ट्रीय ब्लॉगर्स सम्मेलन में भी अक्षिता की प्रतिभा को सम्मानित किया गया। नई दिल्ली में अप्रैल 2011 में हुए प्रथम अंतर्राष्ट्रीय ब्लॉगर सम्मेलन में अक्षिता को 'श्रेष्ठ नन्ही ब्लॉगर' के सम्मान से उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. रमेश पोखरियाल 'निशंक' ने सम्मानित किया ।  काठमांडू, नेपाल  में आयोजित तृतीय अंतर्राष्ट्रीय ब्लॉगर सम्मलेन (2013) में भी अक्षिता ने एकमात्र बाल ब्लॉगर के रूप में भाग लिया और नेपाल सरकार के पूर्व मंत्री तथा संविधान सभा के अध्यक्ष अर्जुन नरसिंह केसी की प्रशंसा बटोरी। पंचम अंतर्राष्ट्रीय ब्लॉगर सम्मेलन, श्री लंका (2015) में अक्षिता को 'परिकल्पना कनिष्ठ सार्क ब्लॉगर सम्मान' से सम्मानित किया गया। 

अक्षिता को ड्राइंग बनाना बहुत अच्छा लगता है। पहले तो हर माँ-बाप की तरह उसके मम्मी-पापा ने भी ध्यान नहीं दिया, पर धीरे-धीरे उन्होंने अक्षिता के बनाए चित्रों को सहेजना आरंभ कर दिया। इसी क्रम में इन चित्रों और अक्षिता की गतिविधियों को ब्लॉग के माध्यम से भी लोगों के सामने प्रस्तुत करने का विचार आया और 24 जून 2009 को 'पाखी की दुनिया' (https://pakhi-akshita.blogspot.com/)  नाम से अक्षिता का ब्लॉग अस्तित्व में आया।  देखते ही देखते करीब एक लाख से अधिक हिन्दी ब्लॉगों में इस ब्लॉग की रेटिंग बढ़ती गई। बच्चों के साथ-साथ बडों में भी अक्षिता (पाखी) का यह ब्लॉग काफी लोकप्रिय हुआ।  इस पर जिस रूप में अक्षिता द्वारा बनाये चित्र, पेंटिंग्स, फोटोग्राफ, पर्यटन और अक्षिता की बातों को प्रस्तुत किया जाता है, वह इस ब्लॉग को रोचक बनाता है।  इस ब्लॉग का संचालन आरंभ में अक्षिता के मम्मी-पापा द्वारा किया जाता था, पर धीरे-धीरे अक्षिता भी अपने इस ब्लॉग को संचालित करने लगीं। 

अक्षिता की कविताएं और ड्राइंग देश की तमाम पत्र-पत्रिकाओं में भी प्रकाशित हुई हैं। तमाम पत्र-पत्रिकाओं में अक्षिता को लेकर फीचर और समाचार लिखे गए वहीं आकाशवाणी और कुछेक चैनलों पर भी उसके इंटरव्यू प्रकाशित हो चुके हैं। उत्तर प्रदेश हिंदी संस्थान, लखनऊ  द्वारा प्रकाशित पुस्तक "और हमने कर दिखाया" ( देश के कुछ प्रतिभावान बच्चों की कहानियाँ) में  भी 'नन्ही ब्लॉगर पाखी की ऊँची उड़ान' शीर्षक से एक अध्याय शामिल किया गया है।

ग्रेजुएशन के बाद अक्षिता आईएएस ऑफिसर बनना चाहती है, पर सामाजिक सरोकारों के प्रति अभी से उसके मन में जज्बा है। गरीब बच्चों से लेकर अनाथों तक को कपड़े और पुस्तकें देकर वह इनके हित में सोचती है। पौधारोपण द्वारा पर्यावरण संरक्षण का भी संदेश देती हैं। प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा आरम्भ "बेटी बचाओ, बेटी पढ़ाओ" अभियान से अक्षिता काफी प्रेरित हुईं और इसके प्रति भी लोगों को सचेत किया।  

नन्ही प्रतिभा अक्षिता (पाखी) को देखकर यही कहा जा सकता है कि प्रतिभा उम्र की मोहताज नहीं, बशर्ते उसे अनुकूल वातावरण व परिवेश मिले। अक्षिता को श्रेष्ठ नन्ही ब्लॉगर और सबसे कम उम्र में राष्ट्रीय बाल पुरस्कार मिलना यह दर्शाता है कि बच्चों में आरंभ से ही सृजनात्मक शक्ति निहित होती है। उसे इग्नोर करना या बड़ों से तुलना करने की बजाय यदि उसे बाल मन के धरातल पर देखा जाय तो उसे पल्लवित-पुष्पित किया जा सकता है।

અક્ષિતા (પાખી)ને સૌથી નાની ઉંમરે ‘રાષ્ટ્રીય બાળ પુરસ્કાર’ પ્રાપ્ત કરવાનો ગૌરવ, બ્લૉગર તરીકે મેળવી ખ્યાતિ

21મી સદી ટેકનોલોજીનો સમય છે. આજના બાળકો પહેલાથી જ મોબાઇલ ફોન અને લેપટોપનો ઉપયોગ કરી રહ્યા છે. ટેકનોલોજીના વધતા ઉપયોગને કારણે બાળકોને નાની ઉંમરથી જ અનુભવો અને રસના વિશાળ જગત સાથે પરિચય થવા લાગે છે. એવી જ એક પ્રતિભા છે — ભારતની સૌથી નાની ઉંમરની રાષ્ટ્રીય બાળ પુરસ્કાર વિજેતા નાની બ્લૉગર અક્ષિતા (પાખી).

અક્ષિતાએ માત્ર હિન્દી બ્લૉગિંગમાં નવા રેકોર્ડ બનાવ્યા જ નહીં, પરંતુ ભારત સરકારે તેની સિદ્ધિઓને ધ્યાનમાં લઈને વર્ષ 2011માં, માત્ર 4 વર્ષ 8 મહિનાની ઉંમરે, આર્ટ અને બ્લૉગિંગ માટે તેને 'રાષ્ટ્રીય બાળ પુરસ્કાર' એનાયત કર્યો હતો તેમની સિદ્ધિઓને માન્યતા આપી. નવું દિલ્હી સ્થિત વિજ્ઞાન ભવનમાં તે સમયના મહિલા અને બાળ વિકાસ પ્રધાન શ્રીમતી કૃષ્ણા તીરથના હાથે આ સન્માન આપવામાં આવ્યું હતું. અક્ષિતા ભારતની સૌથી નાની ઉંમરની રાષ્ટ્રીય બાળ પુરસ્કાર વિજેતા છે અને પ્રથમ વખત ભારત સરકારે બ્લૉગિંગ ક્ષેત્ર માટે કોઈ પ્રતિભાને સન્માનિત કરી હતી.
વિશ્વસ્તર પર યોજાયેલા અનેક આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય બ્લૉગર પરિષદોમાં પણ અક્ષિતાની પ્રતિભાને માન અપાયું છે. એપ્રિલ 2011માં નવી દિલ્હીમાં યોજાયેલી પ્રથમ આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય બ્લૉગર કોન્ફરન્સમાં અક્ષિતાને “શ્રેષ્ઠ નાની બ્લૉગર” ના પુરસ્કારથી તે સમયના ઉત્તરાખંડના મુખ્યમંત્રી ડૉ. રમેશ પોખરિયાલ નિશંક એ સન્માનિત કર્યા હતા. 2013માં કાઠમંડુ, નેપાળમાં યોજાયેલા ત્રીજા આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય બ્લૉગર સંમેલનમાં અક્ષિતાએ એકમાત્ર બાળ બ્લૉગર તરીકે ભાગ લીધો અને નેપાળ સરકારના પૂર્વ મંત્રી તથા સંવિધાન સભાના અધ્યક્ષ અર્જુન નરસિંહ કેસી પાસેથી પ્રશંસા મેળવી. 2015માં શ્રીલંકામાં યોજાયેલા પંચમ આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય બ્લૉગર સંમેલનમાં અક્ષિતાને “પરિકલ્પના કનિષ્ઠ સાર્ક બ્લૉગર સન્માન”થી નવાજવામાં આવી.

અક્ષિતાને ડ્રોઇંગ કરવાનું ખૂબ ગમે છે. શરૂઆતમાં અન્ય માતા-પિતાની જેમ તેના માતા-પિતાએ ખાસ ધ્યાન આપ્યું નહીં, પરંતુ પછીથી તેઓએ અક્ષિતાના બનાવેલા ચિત્રોને સાચવવા શરૂ કર્યા. આ દરમિયાન વિચાર આવ્યો કે આ ચિત્રો અને અક્ષિતાની પ્રવૃત્તિઓ લોકોને બતાવવી જોઈએ, તેથી 24 જૂન 2009ના રોજ ‘પાખીની દુનિયા’ (https://pakhi-akshita.blogspot.com/) નામથી તેનો બ્લૉગ શરૂ થયો. થોડા જ સમયમાં આ બ્લૉગ હજારો હિન્દી બ્લૉગોમાંથી એક સૌથી લોકપ્રિય બ્લૉગ બની ગયો. બાળકો સાથે સાથે મોટાઓમાં પણ આ બ્લૉગ ખૂબ લોકપ્રિય બન્યો. અક્ષિતાના ચિત્રો, પેઇન્ટિંગ્સ, ફોટોગ્રાફ્સ, પ્રવાસ અને વિચારોની રજૂઆત આ બ્લૉગને અનોખો અને રસપ્રદ બનાવે છે. શરૂઆતમાં આ બ્લૉગ તેના માતા-પિતાના માર્ગદર્શન હેઠળ ચલાવવામાં આવતો, પરંતુ પછી અક્ષિતાએ પોતે તેને સંચાલિત કરવાનું શરૂ કર્યું.

અક્ષિતાની કવિતાઓ અને ચિત્રો દેશભરના વિવિધ અખબારો અને સામયિકોમાં પ્રકાશિત થયા છે. અક્ષિતા વિશેના ફીચર્સ અને સમાચાર વાર્તાઓ અસંખ્ય અખબારો અને સામયિકોમાં પ્રકાશિત થયા છે અને આકાશવાણી તથા ટીવી ચૅનલ્સ પર તેના ઇન્ટરવ્યૂ પણ પ્રસારિત થયા છે. ઉત્તર પ્રદેશ હિન્દી સંસ્થાન, લખનૌ દ્વારા પ્રકાશિત પુસ્તક “ઔર હમને કર દિખાયા” (દેશના કેટલીક પ્રતિભાશાળી બાળકોની વાર્તાઓ) માં પણ ‘નાની બ્લૉગર પાખીની ઊંચી ઉડાન’ શીર્ષક હેઠળ એક અધ્યાય સમાવેશ થયો છે.

ગ્રેજ્યુએશન બાદ અક્ષિતા આઇએએસ અધિકારી બનવા ઇચ્છે છે, પરંતુ સામાજિક જવાબદારી માટેનો જુસ્સો તેમાં બાળપણથી જ છે. તે ગરીબ અને અનાથ બાળકોને કપડા અને પુસ્તકો આપી મદદ કરે છે અક્ષિતા પ્રધાનમંત્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદી દ્વારા શરૂ કરાયેલ "છોકરી બચાવો, છોકરીને શિક્ષિત કરો" અભિયાનથી ખૂબ પ્રેરિત થઈ હતી અને તેણે તેના વિશે જાગૃતિ ફેલાવી છે.

અક્ષિતા (પાખી) ની યુવા પ્રતિભાને જોતાં, એવું કહી શકાય કે પ્રતિભા વયથી સ્વતંત્ર છે, જો તેને અનુકૂળ વાતાવરણ અને વાતાવરણ મળે. શ્રેષ્ઠ લિટલ બ્લોગર અને રાષ્ટ્રીય બાળ પુરસ્કાર મેળવનાર સૌથી નાની વયના વ્યક્તિ તરીકે અક્ષિતાની ઓળખ દર્શાવે છે કે બાળકોમાં શરૂઆતથી જ સહજ સર્જનાત્મક ક્ષમતા હોય છે. તેને અવગણવાને બદલે અથવા પુખ્ત વયના લોકો સાથે તેની તુલના કરવાને બદલે, જો તેને બાળકના મનના દ્રષ્ટિકોણથી જોવામાં આવે, તો તેનું સંવર્ધન અને વિકાસ કરી શકાય છે.

Akshitaa (Pakhi) earned the distinction of being the youngest recipient of the 'National Child Award' and gained fame as a blogger

The 21st century belongs to technology. Today’s children start using mobile phones and laptops at a very young age. With the increasing use of technology, children are getting acquainted with a vast world of experiences and interests quite early in life. One such talented child is India’s youngest National Child Award winner — the little blogger Akshitaa (Pakhi). Her father, Shri Krishna Kumar Yadav, is currently serving as the Postmaster General, North Gujarat Region, Ahmedabad, while her mother, Smt. Akanksha, has been a lecturer in a college. Both are well-known writers and bloggers. Akshitaa did her education in Kanpur, Portblair, (Andaman & Nicobar Islands), Prayagraj, Jodhpur (Rajasthan), Lucknow, Varanasi and Ahmedabad (Gujarat). At present she is studying in prestigious Hindu College of Delhi University. 

Akshita not only set new records in Hindi blogging but was also honored by the Government of India with the National Child Award in 2011 on Children’s Day for her excellence in Art and Blogging at the young age of just 4 years and 8 months. The award was presented by the then Union Minister of Women and Child Development of Government of India, Smt. Krishna Tirath at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi. Akshita is not only India’s youngest National Child Award winner, but it was also the first time that the Government of India recognized and honored talent in the field of blogging.

Akshita’s talent has been recognized and honored at various international bloggers’ conferences held across the world. At the First International Bloggers’ Conference held in New Delhi in April 2011, Akshita was awarded the title of “Best Young Blogger” by Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’, the then Chief Minister of Uttarakhand. In 2013, at the Third International Bloggers’ Conference held in Kathmandu, Nepal, Akshita participated as the only child blogger and earned appreciation from Arjun Narasingh K.C., former Minister and Chairman of the Constituent Assembly of Nepal. At the Fifth International Bloggers’ Conference held in Sri Lanka (2015), Akshita was honored with the “Parikalpana Junior SAARC Blogger Award.”

Akshita loves drawing. Like most parents, her mother and father initially didn’t pay much attention, but gradually they began to preserve her artwork. In the process, they came up with the idea of sharing Akshita’s drawings and activities with people through a blog. Thus, on 24 June 2009, her blog “Pakhi Ki Duniya” (https://pakhi-akshita.blogspot.com/) came into existence. Soon, among nearly one lakh (1,00,000) Hindi blogs, its rating began to increase rapidly. Akshita’s blog became popular not only among children but also among adults. The way her drawings, paintings, photographs, travel experiences, and personal expressions are presented makes this blog truly engaging. Initially, Akshita’s parents managed the blog, but gradually, Akshita herself started handling and contributing to it.

Akshita’s poems and drawings have been published in several newspapers and magazines across the country. Many publications have featured articles and stories about her, and her interviews have also been broadcast on All India Radio and various other television channels. A chapter titled “Little Blogger Pakhi's High Flight” has been included in the book “Aur Humne Kar Dikhaya”( Stories of Some of the Country’s Talented Children) published by the Uttar Pradesh Hindi Sansthan, Lucknow.

Akshita aspires to become an IAS officer, but even at this young age, she already has a passion for social causes. She thinks about the welfare of others by donating clothes and books to underprivileged and orphaned children. Inspired by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s initiative “Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao”, Akshita actively worked to raise awareness about this campaign among people.

Looking at the young talent Akshita (Pakhi), it can truly be said that talent is not dependent on age — it simply needs the right environment and encouragement to flourish. Akshita being recognized as the Best little Blogger and the youngest recipient of the National Child Award proves that children possess immense creative potential from an early age. Rather than ignoring them or comparing them with adults, if we understand them from the perspective of a child’s mind, their abilities can be nurtured and allowed to blossom.

Yesterday was 5th April 2020 and it was a special day as at 9 PM we had to light candles, diyas or torch lights for 9 minutes so that we can change the darkness of CORONA virus to the brightness of happiness and hope, and to show gratitude towards the doctors, nurses, medical staff and people in emergency services who risk their own lives so that we are safe in our homes. I also lit a candle and a torch with my family members.There was brightness all around at 9 PM of hope. Let's pray that we all will win against CORONA. 

Salute to Corona Fighters by Akshitaa (Pakhi) with Family : अक्षिता ने सपरिवार लखनऊ में कर्मवीरों को ताली बजाकर किया सलाम

कोरोना वायरस की इस आपदा में 22 मार्च सारे राष्ट्र ने एक साथ उन कर्मवीरों को सलाम किया, जो अपनी जान की परवाह किये बने लोगों की सेवा में लगे हैं। इसी क्रम में हमने भी अपने मम्मी-पापा और छोटी बहन अपूर्वा के साथ उन कर्मवीरों के जज्बे को नमन किया।

(अलीगंज, लखनऊ स्थित पोस्ट एंड टेलीग्राफ़स ऑफिसर्स संचार कॉलोनी में लखनऊ मुख्यालय परिक्षेत्र के निदेशक डाक सेवाएँ कृष्ण कुमार यादव ने अपने परिवार संग शाम 5 बजे बॉलकनी में खड़े होकर ताली, थाली और घंटी बजाकर आपात और आवश्यक सेवाओं में लगे लोगों के जज्बे को सलाम किया। इस अवसर पर उनकी पत्नी एवं अग्रणी महिला ब्लॉगर व लेखिका आकांक्षा यादव, बेटियाँ अपूर्वा व अक्षिता (भारत की सबसे कम उम्र की राष्ट्रीय बाल पुरस्कार विजेता) भी साथ रहीं।)

गौरतलब है कि देश के माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने 22 मार्च को जनता कर्फ्यू की अपील के साथ ही, कोरोना वायरस से लड़ने के इस मुश्किल वक़्त में मुस्तैदी से जुटे कर्मियों के जज्बे को सलाम करने की अपील की थी।
